As you arrive, you will see a parking area, a covered archway with iron gates. The walkway down to the main floor is a covered and well lit. Local phone service available, credit card or cell phone for long distance, pick up your fishing license at Swains or Browns sporting goods store if you are coming through Port Angeles, or at Thriftway if you are coming through Forks. We are one mile from Grannies Cafe featuring home cooking and ice cream; Lake Crescent is our next attraction traveling west, one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. We are15 miles to Port Angeles, 50 miles to the town of Forks and the west end of the Peninsula. There is a public boat launch just a few hundred feet from the Lake House, a four-seated covered paddleboat is available for your use and along with a small rowboat, but you are welcome to bring your own and dock at our dock. We also have two 97 Kawasaki Jet Ski’s, to rent if available. Some fishing gear is also available for the lake trout, but you may want to rely on your own gear. There will be a short-term lease and liability waver for the use of the Lake Property and its amenities. A cleaning charge and damage deposit will apply.

1st floor Kitchen stove and oven, extra oven, microwave, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer, full counters with two breakfast eating areas, dining area, 7 foot dining table, couch makes into queen bed, lots of cupboards and closets, mood lighting, cedar panels, TV, DVD, stereo, wired in speakers, laundry room with washer and dryer, 1/2 bath in the laundry room, this unit is fully furnished just bring food, the patio doors open to a deck that is 56' on two sides, a movable gate on west side, a breath taking view of the lake and mountains, lexan plastic on the stiles of the porch to protect the little ones and to keep wind to a minimum, full stainless steel 700 sq in of barbeque cooking, with a side burner.
2nd floor Three bedrooms with full or queen beds, full closets with mirrored sliding doors. Unbelievable morning views, of the lake and mountains. Main bathroom sports a tub and shower.
3rd floor Small bedroom, full bath with shower. A large main room with futon bed, also has another small kitchen area with sink, full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and two burner hot plate. Lopi Spirit propane heater. Closet has all the lakeside gear you could want, bogie board, life vests, and water skies. There are two sliding patio doors, as you go out on the north facing side, half rounded steps lead you to a wading pool and after that is the two slip dock with patio chairs and picnic table and a 7 foot SPA, features 8 person seating, 46 jets to take your aches and pains away, ozone purification, lighted with different colored lens available and a fire pit for cooking hot dogs and marshmallows. This lower unit can be divided and rented separately. Capable of sleeping four, use of the dock and spa included.

Jet skis $80 per day each, when rented with house, you pay for the fuel and oil.
Lower level $100 per day, $20 per person after two.

Policy:
Reservations are confirmed after lease agreement and liability agreements are read and signed, half of projected fees plus sales tax forwarded. Cancellation of your reservation will only be honored if another party has rented the unit, up until two weeks of your arrival date then there is no refund.
All Washington State, lake regulations apply, fishing limits and rules apply, information supplied.
No smoking in the residence and you must use provided cigarette containers. Keep all trash and garbage in approved containers provided. Please make every effort to keep the Lake Property in top condition; we have much invested in this jewel on the lake, please respect that, and respect our neighbors, quietness and privacy!
This Lake Property cannot be wheelchair compliant due to the many stairs in the house and there are no lifts.
